We are on a mission to make burgers and street food that stand out from the rest. With our unique secret season and locally sourced beef, we make tastier food better for you and your wallet.

Our butcher hand selects and purchases his cattle to ensure the best quality meat goes into our burgers. No factory-farmed bulk meat here! Our burgers stand out as the beef is traditionally aged and not factory processed!

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our burger patties. Each patty is hand-rolled, smashed on the grill, and seasoned with our unique house seasoning blend while it caramelises, ensuring a delicious and flavourful experience. What sets us apart is that we only use mince that has been freshly minced within the past 48 hours. This is key to our burgers great taste!

Before...

We gave up the rat race to start a business and be our own bosses. Neither of us had worked in the food industry before, but we wanted to give it a shot. We bought an old cattle trailer from a local farm, stripped it bare and rebuilt it.

We custom-built the cooker hood, as all the companies we approached said it couldn't be done due to the curvature of the roof! Our custom-made grill would typically be found in a commercial kitchen. The manufacturer was in awe when he found out where it was being installed!

We were told we couldn’t run our setup on batteries alone and that we’d need hookups or generators, but again, we didn’t let that stop us or get in our way! We had a small trailer, but we also had big ideas, and we made them work!

We can trade anywhere (almost!). Wedding in a field? No problem! Our fully self-sufficient trailer doesn’t require a hookup or noisy generator to spoil your event!
